Boy oh boy, COVID 19 has really thrown a huge wrench in all the gears!! I'm sorry that I haven't talked to you since receiving the boots. I feel really bad that I haven't given you an update.  So better late than never.  

The boots are immediately comfortable and feel very light on the feet.  I find that the weight is perfect and that I don't get any feelings of "tired legs" that I would get with other boots I have worn.  I don't know how you guys got the weight down so much without performance reduction.  On the note of performance, the boots have done exceptionally well in all types of conditions.  I work in a rural base where we do a good variety of calls.  In the ditch full of water and mud they kept my feet dry and warm.  In a snow covered driveway (that I had to shovel out myself to get the stretcher out!!) they kept my feet warm and had excellent no slip capabilities on ice.  Mentioning ice... we did a call in an arena and I can honestly say they were a confidence builder on the ice for anti slip.  The fit and finish is excellent and I haven't had any issues with upkeep thus far.  In fact I have been raving about these boots to everyone.  The weight is the biggest selling point by far though.  I would market the heck out of that feature when trying to sell to Paramedics.

Every year where I work we get 1 pair of steel toes for the year. The guardian is the only thing I will take. Very comfortable , very well made and it takes a beating at work and outside of work. I am on my fourth pair! The other three are still around as my back ups!

Uninsulated make them great for working in the heat of summer. Lightweight make them comfortable all day.
I put my boots on first thing in the morning and wear them all day. Highly recommended.

I am writing this email to thank you and your staff in your quick and efficient solution to my problem with a pair of Nitro Boots.
The heel was separating from the boot and therefore it was becoming unusable.
When I contacted you by email your response was very quick and asked for details and pictures.
I sent the requested pictures and you advised that a NEW pair of boots would be forthcoming.
To my great surprise UPS delivered a new pair of boots the next day!
I cannot say how surprised and delighted I was with the exceptional speedy resolution to a potential problem.
You and the JB Goodhue company are first rate and stand behind your product 100%.
I cannot believe that start to new boots in my hand was 2 DAYS!!!
I will always support the purchase of JB Goodhue Boots!

Boots are still working great. They actually recently had a true water test at a scene in very deep, very cold ditch water. I thought they would be toast after the call, but they are still good. I had a "soaker" to reference a childhood terror lol. The water only got down about 3" into the boot. I don't know how my whole foot didn't get wet!? My partner is now going to buy one of your products after seeing how good mine worked. Btw... Her boots were thrown out that night. One night in front of the vent, One coat of polish, and mine are good to go. These boots rock!

I just wanted to say that I love these boots! I feel like they are not only the most attractive but also the most comfortable work boots on the market. This is my 8th pair and I will only buy these for as long as they are available. Fantastic product!

So I work as a trades person, I have been a landscaper for 25 years. up till 7 years ago I was unable to find a pair of boots that could stand up to the abuse I put my Biotech JB Goodhue's through. From standing ankle deep in mud, stone dust from cutting pavers, or even the little projectiles from trimming grass. These boots in my opinion are the best for what i do. Thank you JB Goodhue for producing a durable, comfortable work boot.
