I've confirmed with our Brand Manager that the double E is the same as the medium width. So if you are referring to width sizes, 2E, medium width or EE mean the same thing. Hopefully this helps clarify the width size for you?
Unfortunately, the Ironworker is not waterproof, however, may we suggest alternative boots that do have the waterproof feature you are looking for?
